how do we turn the light on?
Do you ever feel scatterbrained? And not just in the stereotypical ditzy sense of the phrase, but truly all over the place? Getting hung up on certain things with the nagging feeling of not doing or thinking about what you should be doing or thinking? Like there is something for you to do but you don't know what it is yet? Like there is something so much more just waiting for the light in your head to shine on it?
How do we turn that light on? How do you have a mind that is attached to nothing and open to everything? I guess that's what enlightenment is. How do we allow ourselves to find the joy in everything? I mean no one can possibly know enough to be a pessimist really. Nothing is impossible, so how could anyone really be a true pessimist? Not that I think I am a pessimist, but lately, I've been hung up on the things I miss in life, things I can't change... and things I could if I made a solid decision to do so.
Well for now I guess a little yoga and meditation is in line for tonight... any other suggestions or words of wisdom?
